CEO & Co-Founder
A passionate advocate for disabled entrepreneurship and women-led businesses, Joy brings grace, resilience, and vision to everything we do. As a wheelchair user and lifelong animal lover, she ensures our company stays grounded in purpose and accessibility.
Fun fact: Joy’s rescue Papillon, Lit George, was loyal for all 21 years of his life.
Pete Pearson
Creative Director & Co-Founder
Pete is a marketing strategist and lifelong dog enthusiast who designs each piece with a fusion of Victorian-era elegance and Industrial Revolution ingenuity. From vintage naming to boutique packaging, his pawprints are on every charming detail.
Fun fact: Pete’s little dog, Mr. Pickles, is a Zen Buddhist Chihuahua who loves noodles.
